Waterford Ballyroe: Edition 1.1 is a 4-year-old Single Malt Irish Whisky, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021 by Waterford Distillery. It is part of their Single Farm Origin series, highlighting the terroir of barley grown on Ballyroe Farm in County Wexford, Ireland. This distillery-exclusive release of 9384 bottles was matured in a combination of 36% first-fill US oak, 21% Virgin US oak, 24% Premium French oak (Mouton Rothschild red wine), and 19% Vin Doux Naturel (Sherry) casks. It is bottled at 50% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has natural color.
