The whisky's maturation occurs in 35-liter 'Blood Tubs' by the sea, adding a unique maritime influence. Head Distiller Ned expertly selected over two dozen of these Blood Tubs for this assemblage, which celebrates the unity among those who promote terroir. The flavor profile is achieved through barley sourced from 46 local farms. Waterford Distillery, established in 2015, focuses on the provenance and transparency of its raw materials.
