Description
Waterford Micro Cuvee Lomhar Winter is an Irish single malt whisky, conceived by head distiller Ned Gahan as a 'winter warmer'. It is a complex blend of 11 distinct Single Farm Origin distillates, including the first organic spirit derived from the barley of six growers. A trace of Waterford's inaugural cuvée, Pilgrimage, was also incorporated. This 50% Vol. whisky underwent a maturation period exceeding three years in a mixture of first-fill US oak, virgin oak, and French wine barrels, and is non-chill filtered and uncolored.
