Description

Waterford Organic Gaia 2.1 is an Irish Single Malt Whisky from the Arcadian Series, distilled at Waterford Distillery. It is made from Alt-barley (old-school barley strains) harvested in 2016 by organic farmers, reflecting Waterford's 'Barley-Forward, Terroir-Driven' philosophy. The whiskey is triple distilled and aged to highlight the malted barley.
