Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2 is an Irish single malt made exclusively from Taberna barley grown by David Walsh-Kemmis at Ballykilcavan Farm in County Laois. Distilled in 2016, it was matured in French and American oak with ex-fortified wine casks and bottled at 50% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring.
