Description

Founded in 2017 by a family of distillers, first launching with Gin, Rum and Vodka and offering premium bespoke spirits, all in the pursuit of, one day, being able to produce their own Single Malt Whisky. Laying down Whisky casks since 2021, the family's single barrel approach means that they are able to experiment with heritage grains, yeast strains, brewing techniques and cask selection. This is the first ever single malt whisky from the West Midlands, matured in a single first-fill Buffalo Trace bourbon cask. It is distilled from 100% English barley and made using a mix of Laureate and Plumage Archer barley and fermented with both EC1118 and Kveik Voss yeast strains. Bottled at 52.1% ABV with no added colour and non-chill filtered.
