Cedar, mint, cherry, cinnamon, and a hint of dill. Green apples and juicy citrus are joined by floral, almost herbal notes, such as mint and fresh-cut grass. Caramel, burnt orange, and a whisper of smoke.
Finish
Long finish with warm butterscotch and caramel. Long and warming with lingering oak, spice, and subtle citrus sweetness. Spicy with notes of cedar, dill, cherry, and cinnamon. Long and creamy, coating the palate in vanilla and rye spice. A good amount of drying oak.
