Description

A premium blended Scotch whisky from the White Heather brand, revived by Master Blender Billy Walker of The GlenAllachie Distillery. This 15-year-old expression features a high malt content (47%), including peated Islay and unpeated Speyside and Highland malts. It underwent a complex dual maturation process, starting in Bourbon and Sherry casks before being re-racked into Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and American virgin oak casks for a further three years of marrying. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
