Description

Wire Works Whisky from White Peak Distillery is Derbyshire's very first Single Malt. This limited-edition single malt was released as the inaugural release of the distillery's Wire Works Wine Series. It is made with lightly peated barley, initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, and then finished for 16 months in first-fill Italian Amarone wine barriques. The final whisky is bottled at natural colour and without chill-filtration.
