A rich and characterful English single malt from White Peak's Wire Works range, matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and STR red wine casks. It offers notes of baked orchard fruit, vanilla fudge, toasted oak, gentle spice, dark chocolate, and a subtle earthy smokiness. This 10th anniversary limited release, limited to 1,000 bottles, incorporates both standard and alternate distillation cut-points for a more tropical fruit-forward profile and is non-chill filtered.

Nose
A sweet fruity nose like cracking open a tin of fruit cocktail in syrup, red and green boiled fruit sweets with a spicy biscuit note, gingerbread and apricot jam tarts. The STR influence is upfront with notes of dark chocolate covered amarena cherries.
Palate
A soft earthy smoke with musty oranges and cola cubes, a chalky, oily texture. Strong STR influence with bursts of strawberries and a light dip of bitter dark chocolate. A huge range of flavours weave in and out.
Finish
A long sweet and very dry finish. Light peat smoke is prevalent with a slightly toasted crisp pear and a hint of cracked black pepper.
