Description
This Whittaker's Single Malt English Whisky is distilled and matured in North Yorkshire, marking it as the first ever whisky produced in the Yorkshire Dales. Crafted at Harwell House Farm in Nidderdale, it uses barley grown and malted in Yorkshire, Harrogate spring water, and traditional copper pot stills, undergoing a long wash and long fermentation. The spirit is matured on the farm in individually selected, premium casks. This particular release is a 2025 Fortnum & Mason Edition, non-chill filtered, and displays a natural colour.
