Description

Whittaker's is a family business run from their home of Harewell House Farm in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire. This is the 2024 First Edition, their debut single malt whisky. It was distilled between December 2019 and June 2020 and bottled on 3rd July 2024. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon ASB casks and finished in first-fill ex-bourbon quarter casks (from casks R5 to R13), this limited edition release has an ABV of 48.3% and an outturn of 2277 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour. The grain used was predominantly Golden Promise, with Cask 10 also containing Laureate and Maris Otter.
