The Blackforest Wild Whisky Sherry Cask is a single malt whisky from the Wild Brennerei in the Black Forest, Germany. It is double-distilled from local summer barley, which is dried over peat fires, and matured for 8 years in three different casks, prominently featuring Pedro Ximénez sherry casks imported from Jerez de la Frontera.
