Description

Wild Turkey 1855 Reserve is a barrel-proof bourbon, released for overseas markets, particularly Japan, from 1992 to 1996. It is a blend of 6, 8, and 12-year-old whiskies, bottled without dilution at barrel proof. Created by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell, it commemorates the founding of the Wild Turkey distillery in 1855 and is often considered an export version of Wild Turkey Rare Breed. It is matured in new charred white oak barrels and is non-chill filtered, preserving its robust character and flavor intensity.
