Nose
Warm caramel and baking spice with fresh citrus highlights and toasted oak. Heavy oak, rye spice, orange zest, and a faint breadiness. Dark caramel, toasted oak, and a hint of dark orchard fruit.
Palate
Rich caramel and spice meld with creamy oak and a lively citrus mid-palate. Instant fruity sweetness, like peach syrup, quickly replaced by cinnamon and other spices. Notes of salted butter, warm butterscotch, baked apple, rich vanilla, and a bold surge of cinnamon and baking spice.
Finish
Long oak-driven close with lingering spice and bright citrus echoes. Short to medium, with orange zest, dark chocolate, and herbal notes. Remarkably long, warm, and deeply satisfying, leaving lingering notes of sweet oak and a pleasant spicy heat. Medium with a nice mix of oak and toasted almonds.
