Wilderness Trail Small Batch Bourbon is just what it says in the name. With a nice ABV of 50%, this peppery and smoky American whiskey is perfectly balanced and a true delight on the palate. The finish is beautiful too, with notes of cinnamon rolls and baked apple.

Fruity and floral with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel, with oak and kitchen spices. Sweetness, stone fruit, citrus, spice, nuttiness, and tropical fruit. Warm with vanilla, sweet caramel, spice, and oak char.
Finish
Medium length and warm. Fruity, floral, and herbal with caramel, baking spice, and a hint of dill. Oak, vanilla, and spices. Plenty of spice and dried fruit. Long and exceptionally smooth, featuring vanilla, dried fruits, well-balanced with a little spice and toasted oak.
