Description

Willett 8 Years Old Single Barrel Bourbon LMDW Itinéraires 2016 is a rare family estate bottled single barrel bourbon, handcrafted in Kentucky by the Willett Distillery and released exclusively for La Maison du Whisky's Itinéraires collection. The bourbon is made from a mash bill composed of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% barley. It was distilled in 2016 and aged in a hand-selected white oak barrel for 8 years, before being bottled by hand at 57%. This expression is a true ode to the glory of corn, with vibrant flavors of apricot, orange, salted butter, caramel, dried fruits, praline and cocoa powder.
