Nose
Light, fruity, and delicate with tropical notes of dried peach, mango, and pineapple. Earthy, woody notes of damp soil, ginger, and cinnamon, with malted barley, cashew nuts, toffee, dark chocolate, fresh orange peel, and freshly baked bread.
Palate
Soft, gentle, and juicy with delicate bittersweet malted barley. Earthy wood spices, ginger, and cinnamon develop, complementing sweeter, fruiter characteristics like golden syrup, dried tropical fruits, vanilla, almond, and candied orange peel. Also notes of pepper, pineapple, papaya, warm toffee, and raisin.
Finish
Long, initially fresh and sweet, transitioning to lingering earthy, woody, and warming spices. Dark chocolate notes reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding, with some smoke and oak.
