Wolfburn Aurora is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a late 2016 release from the Wolfburn distillery. It is matured in a combination of casks, including second-fill quarter casks, first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and first-fill Oloroso Sherry hogsheads. This unpeated whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and has natural color. It is known for its rich, sherried profile with notes of dried fruits, toasted oak, and vanilla.
