Description

A Malt whisky distillery in the northerly reaches of Scotland's Highland region. It was established in 2013 and was constructed upon the same site that the original Wolfburn distillery had stood in the early 19th century. The name is derived from the nearby water source. This is a special 2020 seasonal limited-edition bottled exclusively for visitors to the distillery, made available online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nose
Cashew nut butter meets golden syrup meets soft sherry tones. An exceptional depth of sweet aromas.
Palate
An oily richness coats the palate and the flavours just keep unfurling. Sherry sweetness leads to richer fruit flavours: dates and plums and raisins, with subtle hints of marzipan and honey.
Finish
Sweet and fruit flavours gently fade away, leaving a lingering hint of caramel.
