A single cask release from Wolfburn distillery, distilled in 2016 and matured for 7 years in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead (cask #782). This unpeated expression was specially selected by Dramfool and bottled in 2024 at a cask strength of 56.7% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and has natural colour.

Very sweet with red fruits, black cherries, liquorice, marzipan, ripe plums and cherry liqueur.
Palate
Lots of very sweet red fruits and strawberry jam. Extremely rich unctuous mouthfeel, very smooth and rounded with lashings of black cherries.
Finish
Medium-length with dried fruits and chocolate.
