Palate
Tremendous depth of flavor with bold chocolate and dark fruit, caramel, vanilla, nutmeg, and oak smoke. Generous layers of chocolate raisins and stewed berries are followed by crème caramel.
Finish
Silky tannins provide a beautifully textured finish with residual sweetness, dried fruit, caramel, burnt sugar, nutmeg, and sweetly sherried oak.
