Description

A Malt whisky distillery in the northerly reaches of Scotland's Highland region. It was established in 2013 and was constructed upon the same site that the original Wolfburn distillery had stood in the early 19th century. The name is derived from the nearby water source. This particular release, 'Vibrant Stills', is a 4-year-old single malt distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2017. It was matured in three first-fill ex-bourbon casks (numbers 446, 447, and 449) and bottled at 50% ABV. This limited edition of 1440 bottles was created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Alba Import and was exclusively allocated to the German market. It is non-chill filtered.
