Nose
Rich aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg, with fresh mint, cookie dough, brioche, honey, apricots, sultanas, vanilla, candied citrus peel, dried fruit, oranges, cocoa, and tobacco spice.
Palate
Great balance between sweet fruit, toasty oak and warm spices. Juicy sultanas, cinnamon-dusted pastries, Demerara sugar, mint, caraway seed. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound.
Finish
Silky smooth, almost creamy at first with a long, warm satisfying tail. Soft dried fruit and sweet spice linger in harmony. Gentle spice and polished sweetness. Oak, tobacco, pepper, leather, and a bit of heat.
