Nose
Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice, with notes of cherries, icing sugar, maple, pecans, roasted corn, red apple, honey, wood, peach, clove, cinnamon, and light oak.
Palate
Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound, along with sour cherry candies, brown sugar, orange peels, banana, red berries, oak, nutmeg, and candied popcorn.
Finish
Silky smooth, almost creamy at first with a long, warm satisfying tail. Notes of medium length, slight oakiness, clove, a touch of honey, lingering barrel char, black pepper, vanilla, green pepper, aged oak, leather, and hints of tobacco.
