Description

Woven Experience N.8 is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky from the Leith-based blending studio, Woven. This expression, subtitled 'Pete Vs. Peat', is a study in nuanced smokiness, aiming to explore delicate and complex layers of peat rather than an overpowering bonfire character. The blend comprises a peated Highland single malt matured in various woods including ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks, two Lowland grain whiskies (one young and one very old), and a touch of their 'Campbeltown superblend'. Only 521 bottles were produced.
