Nose
Citrus fruit and fresh green apples, elderflower and quinces, hint of cumin, candied notes, yellow cake and charred oak. Notes of lime peel, malt powder, coriander seeds, overripe pineapple, pepper spice, heather, caramel, cherry, marzipan, vanilla, fermented fruit funk, and resin.
Palate
Spicy oak with fresh orchard fruit, lemon, and orange peel. Peppery alcoholic heat, sherry notes (raisin, dates, chocolate), hints of coffee, yellow fruit, cherry, grapefruit, malted barley. Creamy texture, a sliver of smoke, burnt toast, walnuts, leafy, citrus-y, cereal-esque, and gentle oak spices.
Finish
Sweet vanilla and toffee. Medium length with soft spices, herbs, gentle orchard fruits, vanilla, dates, tannins, subtle smoke, apple, and warming cinnamon.
