Description

Writer's Tears whiskey is produced by Walsh Whiskey, an Irish family company. It is a unique marriage of Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish Whiskey, distilled entirely from barley (both malted and unmalted) and triple distilled. This expression is non-peated and matured in American Oak bourbon casks. It is a critically acclaimed, award-winning recreation of a fabled 19th-century whiskey style.
