Description

Writers' Tears Single Pot Still is the first 100% single pot still whiskey to join the Writers' Tears collection, produced by Walsh Whiskey in Ireland. This triple-distilled Irish whiskey is made from pure barley and initially matured in ex-bourbon casks. It then undergoes further maturation in a selection of Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from Spain and Florio Marsala wine hogsheads from Sicily, imparting elegant layers of candied fruit and nuts, resulting in a distinctively sweet and delicious flavor.
