Description

The Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve is Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, originating from Japan's first and oldest malt distillery, established in 1923. [8, 15] This non-age-statement release, introduced in Spring 2014, is crafted from a vatting of whiskies matured in a combination of American oak, ex-sherry, Bordeaux wine, and rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
