Based on 2 published Maltiply reviews.
The named bourbon, new oak and sherry casks give useful context, but the notes don’t assign particular flavours to any one cask, so I’d avoid reading a specific cask signature into them. Grapes and raisins sit alongside vanilla and buttery pastries on the nose; the palate shifts toward pepper, light smoke and peat, with caramel and soy. The finish brings sour malt and black pepper as the initial caramel sweetness fades. That contrast makes for an interesting, if not entirely rounded, progression.
55% ABV, with intriguing fruit.
