Nose
Gentle oceanic salt and ozone clean zephyr, with later tobacco and leather notes, soft wood smoke, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and a salty, maritime character.
Palate
A complex, rich, and full-bodied mix of sweet peat, pepper, coal dust, oak wood smoke, chocolatey sweetness, ginger, honey, salt, and iodine, reminiscent of a beachside bonfire.
Finish
Medium to long, with a subtle barley quality, warm spices, tar, soot, honey, rich and creamy fruitiness (apples, tinned pears, pineapple), and a touch of dryness.
