This Millstone Dutch Single Malt Whisky is hand-crafted by the Zuidam Family, who have owned and operated the distillery for over 50 years. This 27-year-old expression was matured in a single Oloroso Sherry cask and bottled in a limited edition of 467 bottles. Distilled on May 1, 1998, and bottled on August 20, 2025, it is neither chill-filtered nor contains any coloring. The distillery emphasizes traditional craftsmanship and uses only natural ingredients, with the name 'Millstone' honoring the Dutch windmills traditionally used for grinding grain.
