Millstone Dutch Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted by the Zuidam Family, with over 50 years of distilling experience. This 5-year-old heavily peated single malt was distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2024, having been fully matured in rare Palo Cortado casks. The whisky is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring. It is part of the 'Special #31' series, with a limited outturn of 1046 bottles.
