Aberlour 12 Year Old is a classic Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, renowned for its rich and balanced character. It undergoes a double cask maturation process, spending 12 years in a combination of traditional oak (ex-bourbon) and sherry seasoned butts, often Oloroso sherry casks. This maturation imparts a complex flavor profile with notes of honeyed fruit, sweet spice, and a fine sherried character. It is bottled at 40% ABV and is a core expression in the Aberlour range.
