Nose. New leather, caramelised dates, a hint of salted peanuts before leading into well-toasted tea-cakes and seaweed. Palate. Pistachio ice cream, freshly zested citrus peels, crashing waves of smoke. Finish. Quite oak-y on the finish, pairing well with juicy peach and toasty peat notes.
