Description

Ardbeg Scorch is a 2021 limited edition Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, released to celebrate Ardbeg Day and Fèis Ìle. It pays tribute to a mythical dragon said to guard the distillery, and is matured in fiercely or ultra-heavily charred ex-bourbon American oak casks. This process imparts intense smoky and rich flavors, with notes of soot, smoke, charred wood, and spicy black pepper. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and without added color, ensuring an authentic representation of its Islay roots.
