An 8-year-old single cask Ardmore Highland single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in July 2011 and bottled in 2020 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. under The Cooper's Choice range. Initially matured in American oak and finished in a Sauternes cask (Cask No. 355), bottled at 51.5% ABV without chill filtration or added colour.
