Nose
Quite some wood influence, white oak with spices, pepper, vanilla, toasted oak, and developing fruit and apple scents. Tropical fruit juices, mineral-rich sea breeze, and caramel ice-cream notes.
Palate
Lighter than the nose, with fruit, grass, straw, and a gentle character. Full-bodied with black pepper, apple, creamy vanilla, malty creaminess, baked apples, fresh citrus peels, barley, and spicy malt.
Finish
Light and fresh, rather short with fresh vanilla and some fruit. Lingering notes of apples, pepper, spice, malt, English muffins with butter, and candied peels.
