Nose
Sweet spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and fresh spring flowers, with complex orchard and tropical fruits, honeysuckle, graham, malt, and subtle dark, earthy undertones. Hints of orange peel, honey, clove, and vanilla, with a touch of oak and sometimes herbal or green pepper notes.
Palate
Rich honey and honeysuckle, evolving into dark chocolate, cocoa, and freshly brewed coffee. Complex orchard, tropical, and dark fruits are present, alongside malt, waxy red licorice, graham, cinnamon, and anise. Caramel, vanilla, and white chocolate notes are also evident, with a subtle oakiness and a hint of smoke and pepper.
Finish
Medium length, with lingering sweet and fruity notes of milk chocolate toffee, nectarines, peaches, and apple juice. Spices and heat persist at the back of the throat, with herbal and woody notes.
