Nose
Golden Old Gold with reflections of Olive Oil. Initial impression is of a powerful, creamy predominance of the cask, followed by berries. With water, hidden subtleties emerge, round and fruity, with a hint of chocolate and caramel.
Palate
A rich malt, oily and herbaceous, with a perfect balance between malt and the cask. Fruity, yet spicy, with a hint of chocolate and caramel.
Finish
Rich with good persistence. Quite dry, clean in the mouth, and the aftertaste lingers wonderfully on the palate. Clean and pleasant.
