Nose
Plenty of barley and vanilla, with hints of mineral smoke lingering. Gets breadier, with whiffs of gasoline. Tropical fruit (tart-sweet mango, makrut lime peel, pineapple) and some forest notes.
Palate
Sweeter arrival, then acid and yeast. Smoke becomes more forward, brioche and jam develops. Mascarpone cheese, honey, orange, wax, starfruit, dried papaya. Gasoline and mineral edge. Nuttier (salted almonds).
Finish
A touch of fizzy orange. More mascarpone and pastry, cannoli thing. Orange, peach, starfruit, papaya, prunes/salted plums. Long, with hints of tropical fruit.
