Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production - and even using the Polish word for moonshine, 'Bimber' - Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland. Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment. This English single malt is part of the 'Shoulders of Giants' series, celebrating Leonardo da Vinci's genius. It is a single cask release, matured in a Palo Cortado sherry cask, yielding 340 bottles, and is a UK exclusive.
