This Bimber Single Cask #241/1 was bottled in 2022 exclusively for the Southport Whisky Festival. It is a single malt London whisky from the Bimber distillery, matured in an ex-Bourbon cask with an Oloroso finish. The distillery, founded in 2015, laid down its first casks in May 2016. This release is a limited edition.
