Nose
Rich aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, complemented by bright citrus and warm cinnamon. Initial fragrance of vibrant green orchard fruits with baking spices including nutmeg and allspice, accompanied by a sweetness from combined vanilla, brown sugars, liquorice and toffee flavours.
Palate
Dominated by red berries and dark chocolate-coated plums, with a rich, oily texture and subtle white pepper. Smooth vanilla creaminess allied with notes of red apple, dried fruit and toasted nuts.
Finish
Medium-long with lingering spicy caramel and notes of ginger, culminating in a warm, memorable ending. Pronounced woody notes, followed by hints of vanilla, toffee, and pepper.
