Formed after Fred and Stewart Laing parted ways in 2013, Hunter Laing is under ownership of the latter and his two sons. The company took over Edition Spirits and began releasing their First Editions series. Since the demerger, Hunter Laing claimed the following ranges: Old Malt Cask; Old and Rare Selection; and the Sovereign. This Blair Athol 1995 24 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2019 by independent bottler Hunter Laing as part of their Old Malt Cask series. It was matured for 24 years in a single sherry butt, cask number HL16606, and bottled at 50.0% ABV. This release is non-chillfiltered and limited to 630 bottles.
