Inspired by Colonel Albert Blanton Blanton's Single Barrel range was launched in 1984. Elmer T. Lee selected the finest barrels from Warehouse H, the same one that Col. Blanton used to select his personal favourites from, and these became the first American entry into the ultra-premium whiskey market. The original single-barrel bourbon, first introduced in 1984. This exclusive release for La Maison du Whisky is a tribute to Buffalo Trace's legendary Warehouse H, known for its metal walls which facilitate a unique aging process due to Kentucky's fluctuating climate. Each barrel is carefully selected to ensure the highest standards are met, resulting in a rich, complex, and full-character whiskey.
