Palate
Smooth entry with coastal peat, toasted malt, light oak, sea salt, mineral notes, citrus (grapefruit, lime), vanilla, honey, black pepper, cinnamon, candied citrus, unripe banana, apple, liquorice, toasted hazelnuts, burnt caramel.
Finish
Not very long, with salty ash, wood, crema catalana, nuts, liquorice, mild and spicy, burnt orange peel, sour, malt, smoke, brine.
