Nose
Rich peat smoke wraps around roasted tropical fruits, with notes of charred pineapple, mango and papaya, alongside hints of BBQ sweetcorn, chocolate pralines, oak spice and sandalwood.
Palate
Beautifully layered, with smoke giving way to tart blackcurrants, creamy baked cheesecake and Daim bar sweetness, while well-integrated sherry cask influence adds depth and malty richness.
Finish
Long and satisfying, closing with a touch of brine, herbal peat, more prunes and liquorice.
