Nose
Fresh, grassy, and malty with wild flower notes. Hints of rotten apples, steaming apple turnover, exotic fruits like mango, passion fruit, and peach, with a touch of sea air.
Palate
Sweet with cereal and citric notes, light-bodied. A cheese-like consistency, with a bourbon-like high note that is smooth and lacks heat. Fruity and smooth overall.
Finish
Dry and short. Lingering hints of wet ferns, forest loam, and decomposing oak leaves, evolving into a mild blue/savory, cheese-like composition.
